The Directors of the Whitby Taxpayers Federation have made Fredom of Information (FOI) requests for the WHATSAPP chat between all the mayors to find out how they are making decisions outside of public scrutiny.

We won; sort of. The Information and Privacy Commissioner(IPC) sided with us.

But now the Big City Mayors are taking a page out of the provincial government's book and spending thousands of taxpayers dollars in the adjudication process to try to stop the disclosure of information you have a right to see.
